Upon signing with us, we will need a short list of the keywords
you desire to be listed for. We need the broad must have phrases from
you. Once this is done, we will perform a quick and easy keyword review
using our internal database. The keyword review will instantly organize
your entire campaign and give you insight into what the possibilities
are. While there is no way to nail down an exact budget, the keyword
review will shed light on the costs that may be expected. If your
budget is not large enough to bid on everything, don’t worry.
Choose the most targeted, and if possible, cheapest words in the list.
We can maintain any rank for any keywords or phrases you want. The
less you spend, the more efficient that level of spending will actually
be. |

Relative to natural searches, optimization of paid search has very
quick results. Our clients typically see an increase in sales or registrations
within a few days of starting a new campaign. In cases when we take
over management of an existing campaign, you can expect to invest
less per sale immediately. |

For the first few months of the campaign, we’ll be actively
watching the keywords you’ve selected to identify those that
generate sales, and weed out those that are spending without results.
We’ll be quite vigorous in recommending keyword changes during
this initial time period.
Once your campaigns are stable and your keywords are successful,
you’ll still want to make changes several times per year based
on market changes, seasonal forces or new products. Don’t
hesitate to let us know what changes you envision, and we will implement
them as well as recommend related terms. |

If the campaign is spending your advertising budget without yielding
better results, we need to re-evaluate right away. While there is
a certain amount of “wait-and-see” necessary in managing
these campaigns, there is no reason to pay for advertising that is
not producing sales. If your campaign isn’t doing well, we’ll
strategize together about the campaign’s goals and approach. |

The monthly report you receive will list all your keywords, and
detail how many times searchers clicked your ad after searching that
keyword. If you place tracking code on your site, we can also see
which keywords yield sales or registrations. |
